Healing Wounded Hearts

Have you ever felt angry and frustrated that your “reasonable” expectations for life haven’t been met? It doesn’t matter if it’s a spouse, sibling, parent, child, or co-worker, we’ve all been hurt at one point in our lives by someone we’ve cared for. For some of us that pain is intense and lingers on for years no matter what we’ve done to get rid of it.

That’s how I lived for almost 30 years. I didn’t realize how pervasive my anger was until I was finally able to let it go. Since that day—yes, it felt like it happened one specific day although that’s not really true—my life has completely changed. My days are now filled with joy and love.

I know there are others out there dealing with similar issues as mine, still trying to learn what I now understand. I am dedicated to helping you find the same kind of joy I finally found, hopefully in a much shorter period of time. There are several resources to help you in your quest—books, classes, and personal mentoring. Please look around and let me know how I can be of service to you.
